Relay Point makes success-fee introductions of electrical, instrumentation & controls, and controls contractors to owners, general contractors, and EPCs.

We identify fit, make the introduction, get both sides in a room, and step off before price.

What we do not do

  • Practice professional engineering or architecture

We are not anyone’s agent. We are paid only by the contractor.

Electrical, I&C, and controls. Industrial, chemical, steel, and refinery work. Building and electrical power management systems (BMS / EPMS). Package work in the $5M–$1B+ range.

Fees are success-based and shared under NDA. We do not publish fee percentages or dollar examples on this site.

    NDA first

    Confidentiality before names, scopes, or commercial detail.

  2. 02

    Intro agreement + Exhibit A

    Then a written introduction agreement, with Exhibit A, before anyone is in the room.
